Q: What equipment do I need?
A: You can do the workouts with dumbbells, suspension straps/rings, a chin up bar, an adjustable bench, and bands. It would be great if you had a barbell, plates, and a power rack. If you have a fully equipped home gym with a medicine ball, plyo box, Assault bike and a few other bells and whistles, that’s even better.

Q: How much time do the workouts take?
A: About 45 minutes each, 4 days per week. Those are the mandatory workouts that give you the most bang for your buck. You can choose to do any or none of the extra conditioning sessions, as you see fit.

Q: How are the workouts delivered?
